Roll Marking Dies & Inserts

Overview

Roll marking puts a clean, continuous mark on round, curved and long parts in a single pass, and the mark is built to last for the life of the product. Our roll dies and inserts are used by steel section manufacturers, oil and gas fittings producers and heating fittings makers, where a lasting, legible mark is essential for traceability.

Our 4th-axis CNC machining lets us engrave roll dies with fine detail all the way around the diameter. That precision also serves silversmiths, for whom we’ve produced many rolls with intricate decorative designs for bangles, plates and trophy components.

No drawing? No problem.

Our in-house 3D scanner lets us reverse engineer an existing roll, stamp or sample part. We create an accurate digital file from it and make a new tool to match. That makes it quick and easy to replace worn or legacy tooling, even when the original drawings no longer exist.
