The challenge
Jeweller and designer Hannah Weston first contacted us in 2025. She had spent a long time looking for a company that could transfer the fine detail of her designs onto punches for her handmade jewellery.
What we did
If we have high-resolution artwork, such as a PDF, we can reproduce very fine detail on a punch. That comes from 75+ years of making punches. Before cutting any steel, we sent Hannah 3D simulations so she could see exactly how each punch would look, and we made any changes she wanted at that stage.
The result
Hannah has been coming back to us ever since. Here’s what she told us after her first few punches:
“Honestly, how you do it blows my mind. I don’t know how many times I’ve used the phoenix now, but it’s still as crisp and perfect as the day it arrived in the studio. When I first ordered from you, I also ordered one from a company in Europe, mainly to compare the quality. Yours was much more expensive, but the quality is incomparable – hence I keep coming back. There are a lot on Etsy and they are just nowhere near as good. Not even close.”
